A must-see for the tourists of Bolinao is the Enchanted Cave. It is a coral cave located in Barangay Patar featuring a fresh-water pool, an unusual thing for a coral cave to have. A wanderer can dip himself at the clear waters while exploring the natural beauty of the cave.
After swimming and/or exploring the cave, tourists can roam around the area which has lush garden and cool nipa and bamboo cottages.
Here are photos I have taken of the place:
Stairs leading to the fresh-water pool.
The clear water of the pool with natural lights coming from the cave's crevices..
A boy testing the waters of the pool.
Lush garden and huts around the area.

ReplyDeletei mean masarap maligo.
Nice takes!
wow! taking a dive in a cave might be on my wishlist of doing things before i die.
ReplyDeletei love swimming on natural clear and clean waters.
And how is the water? Cold, freezing, enjoyable, pleasant?
ReplyDeleteang sarap namang mag swimming!
ReplyDeletekakainggit!
sorry for this unrelated post. but im just sending the good news that spurs made it to the western conference. they played a really good game leaving hornets far beyond winning.
ReplyDeleteenchanted indeed... well, another addition to my places-to-go list... haha..=D
ReplyDeleteI must admit that eventhough I have been to a number of caves I never dared to swim in one as I'm so paranoid that something/someone will pull my leg and drag me towards another dimension where the "enkanto" lives :) hehehe
ReplyDeletehi! just droppin by..
ReplyDeletewish i can go there. looks like a peaceful place huh. ;)
ReplyDelete@ the dong - wag naman "before you die", sana mas sooner (yung caving ha) para mas masaya.
ReplyDeleteyeah, spurs and lakers in western finals. maganda yun.
@ quinttarantino - cold and enjoyable.
@ dave - glad to be of help. di maalat tubig kaya its a different experience with the salty beach waters.
ReplyDelete@ kegler - urban legend lang yun carlo pero pwede rin fear of the unknown. lols.
@ vanny - hi, welcome to my blog. your hot.
wow nice place
ReplyDeleteAng galing. Sarap mag swimming sa loob ng kweba. Mukhang exciting to ah.
ReplyDeletenice. sayang. ang layo ng pangasinan. hehe.
ReplyDeleteWow another gorgeous place you share with us through your wonderful pics! Also loved the shots in earlier post, gret sky, & cloud captures! And love the lighthouse!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
Cat
@ kmf - thanks for visiting, it is indeed a nice place.
ReplyDelete@ vinzent - exciting talaga next time mag swiswimming ako, pauwi na kasi kami ng dumaan doon eh.
@ raine - yeah, pinakamalayo yung bolinao kasi dulo na yun pero doon pinakamaganda yung beach.
ReplyDelete@ cat - have a great week too and thanks for appreciating these pics.
ReplyDeleteI have been there and the place was ok naman. It was an unusual place for me coz it's my first time and cave talaga siya.
Pangalawa, diyan ako last nakakita ng maraming-maraming fireflies. Hay, I miss Bolinao!
Wow! Nice place. I also posted pictures like this from Tawi-Tawi but this is more beautiful.
ReplyDeleteAT TALAGANG DI KA NA NAMAN NAGSAMA!!! GRRRRR. SINO KASAMA MO HA?

ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting me to bring me here.
it must be very interesting and wonderful place. excellent captures too
ReplyDelete@ sweet as apple - iba feeling kasi you're swimming in an enclosed space unlike sa beach na napaka infinite.
ReplyDelete@ keitaro hanazawa - i have been to hundred islands when i was younger, i'll definitely go back there one of these days and take your word for it.
@ aisha - i ahve never been to tawi-tawi and having second thoughts whether to go there. maybe someday.
ReplyDelete@ tina - wala ako lang (lols)
@ random ramblings - no problem arlene, glad to share.
