The biggest and the most developed island in the Hundred Islands is Quezon Island. It is named after the late President Manuel L. Quezon of which a commemorative statue for his honor sits on top of the island. It is not only the biggest island but the most crowded as well. So after eating in one of their picnic tables and wandering around the island for about an hour, we decided to find our own isolated island to spend the day with. But before going to the next island, here are some shots taken at the Quezon Island:
ayos ah! tlagang may footbridge?
ReplyDeletemaganda ang winding stairs between rocks.
lawstude rocks!
And cute ang footbridge.
ReplyDeleteNice one lawstude... Can we able to visit and stay there for some time? Its really cool... Especially covered with lots of plants, trees, bushes... it's really a pleasant one for us to see these pictures.. We are really thankful to you friend...
ReplyDelete@ luna miranda - it really is miranda. thanks for dropping by.
ReplyDelete@ selerines - its my pleasure to share the beauty of my country. other than our corrupt politicians, the Philippines is also famous for its beautiful sceneries.

ReplyDeletei remember this island. the most crowded yet one of the best among all the other islands.
ReplyDeletei like it there because of the really good sand quality.
i only didn't like much to snorkel there because of the sea grass.
ReplyDeleteWe always go to pangasinan every month dati... pero lagi sa manaoag at dream ko makapunta sa hundred islands. =(

ReplyDelete@ pensucks - wala pang 5 hours away from manila to so pwedeng pwede mo puntahan.
ReplyDelete@ the dong - i think matagal pa bago makarecover ang pangasinan sa ginawa nilang dynamite at cyanide fishing. sirang-sira talaga mga corals nila eh. anyway, at least the local government is doing something about it by prohibiting that kind of fishing now.
ReplyDelete@ ely - maganda hundred islands parekoy. balik nga uli ako doon next week eh.
ReplyDelete@ tentay - i love to visit manaoag. doon ako nagpray when i passed the bar eh.
ReplyDelete@ dakilang islander - i think its uninhabited. kasi sa quezon island hinintay pa namin yung tao para magbayad ng fee eh. galing pa daw lucap yun.

I wish also be there, sun, sea, nature, excellent.
ReplyDeletefor the life of me hindi ko maalala kung anong island kami pumunta before. is there a rizal island na puro tourists din? kung wala then baka nga quezon island yung napuntahan namin. wala lang akong nakitang footbridge that time.

ReplyDelete@ alicesg - i certainly did. thank you for the visit.
ReplyDelete@ the islander - oo nga. bagay na bagay ka doon.
