This series started with a boat tour and will end in a two-part boat tour around Carabao Island. And to show you how fast the weather changed on that particular day, I will first show you shots I have taken on a bit gloomy or gray skies. Again, these are all taken while on our boat where the ride was a bit bumpy because of the waves. Hope you enjoy them.
Lovely Landscape on a Gloomy Sky
Short-Spanned Beach Shores Abound the Island
Can You Spot Images on these Rocks?
The Waves Started to Get Bigger
Lush Greens On Top
Rocks and Beaches made this a Paradise
This all looks so wonderful...but you have no snow!! (Only kidding)
ReplyDeleteLook at the water and those cliffs, they're phenomenal! All the palms and the vegetation is just so green! Very beautiful photos!
ReplyDeleteA truly spectacular place!
ReplyDeletea boat ride around an island is definitely a fun experience and will give you another angle/ perspective of the island....
ReplyDeleteSimply beautiful. Is that some kind of face image on the rock?
ReplyDelete@ your eg tour guide - that is true lol. we have artificial snow thou. do you have artificial tropical islands? ;)
ReplyDelete@ ms hays - thanks. i must say that the gloomy skies kinda show a dramatic effect.
ReplyDelete@ luke wiley - yup. and what made them more memorable was that i took them while on a bumpy boat.
ReplyDelete@ pusang-gala - totoo yan, that is why boat tour ia a must in my itinerary whenever i go to an island.
ReplyDelete@ borneo falcon - i see lot's of images there lol. guess it is time to use our imagination.
ReplyDeletethis is a nice warm place. i like all the blue and green! anyway, i went to our beach yesterday and i thought of you. kelan ka pupunta dito? LOL. kaso it's not a five star resort, simple lang mahirap lang kami eh LOL unlike the ones you go too. but our sunset is great plus you can stay for free and look around bataan diba LOL that is not half bad at all.
ReplyDeletelove the cliffs and the water...always a beautiful combination. i'd prefer this island to remain unspoiled...do we really need another boracay???
ReplyDeleteso calm so cool place..
ReplyDeletesuch a lovely and serenity place
ReplyDeleteAnother lovely island. Lots of greenery and the cliffs all looked so lovely. It reminds me of my boat trip in Phuket. This is just as beautiful as Phuket.
ReplyDelete@ prinsesamusang - wow. where can i contact you? i am sure lots of bloggers would love to go there. cge schedule natin.
ReplyDelete@ luna miranda - i agree. boracay is a benchmark that any beach would like to emulate. there will only be one boracay as there will only be one pagudpud or galera or cagbalete. carabao island will definitely have its own charm.
ReplyDelete@ med - thanks and welcome to my blog.
ReplyDelete@ mat - it is serene although the waters can sometimes be rough.
ReplyDelete@ alicesg - i have heard so much about phuket's beauty and to be compared to such a place is definitely an achievement in itself.

Very beautiful island and very beautiful shots. You are right in that this place must be the closest thing to Paradise here on Earth.

salamat nga pala sa pagdaan sa aking blog. na add npo kita. gaganda ng mga shots as always. sana nga makasama ako sa inyo ni dong pag may time.
ReplyDeleteIt's a nice place indeed. If only there were blue skies and cotton-white clouds to compliment your landscape photos. They're well-captured, nevertheless...
ReplyDeleteIn the fourth photo, the rock looks like a bungo (skull) is naturally carved out there...
I wish I can have this kind of adventure too...

ReplyDelete@ rafter - from what i have gatherd, there are lots of water buffaloes in the area before that is why the mammal was associated with the place.
ReplyDelete@ gillboard - thanks. the island has some of my country's best virgin beaches.
ReplyDelete@ panaderos - thanks and merry christmas to you too. i personally think that the beauty of the place lies in it being untouched by civilization.
