The way I see it, walking around Carabao Island is like wandering on a place where time stood still. I felt like I was in a time-period movie circa 1970s where you see nothing but wooden houses, farm animals on the roadside, and old lady folks dressed up in saya. If not for the Smart Banner in one store saying "Load Na Dito" and the occasional motorcycle that passes its narrow road, then one would really believe that it is still the seventies.But that basically is the appeal of the place, very laid-back and yet very scenic specially if you head to Tagaytay Combot where the seascape is just so amazing. So for today, I will leave you with photos I have taken while I was walking around Carabao Island:
Carabao Island is an island in the province of Romblon in my country, the Philippines. It has one municipality named San Jose. Onhan is the native language of the island's inhabitants. The place was named after Carabaos(water buffaloes) which used to inhabit the place.

One more thing, why didn't you have photos of the famous beach here?
