With all its allusions to colors, costumes and flowers collectively congested in one beautiful presentation for everyone to see - participants of the Panagbenga Festival really deserve all the praises they can get for their well deserved performances.
I gather that as early as Summer of 2008, these groups are already planning their production numbers from the costumes that they will wear to every steps in the dance routine that they will perform. They prepare for almost ten months just for that single-day performance. So kudos to all participants from elementary, high-school and college/university schools in Baguio City as well as participants in the Open Category or those who came from places other than Baguio. We truly appreciate all the efforts you have made just to make everyone happy in this truly one-of-a-kind Flower Festival.
Igorot Groups Bold Red Front...
... and a Bright Sunny Back.

To the organizers and participants of Panagbenga 2009. THANK YOU VERY MUCH and SEE YOU AGAIN in 2010!!!
