Mango Pizza |
The Pitstop Menu |
A perfect blend of sweetness and saltiness in a pizza. And where can we have it but in a place where the sweetest mangoes lie. It's a thick-dough pizza covered with tomato sauce and cheese topped gratuitously with slices of ripe mangoes, cashew nuts and green bell peppers. This is a must-taste food novelty of Guimaras available at The Pitstop Restaurant in Jordan, Guimaras.Try it!
Oh, that looks delicious, Oman!! I'm ready to have one of those right now!! Hope you have a great weekend -- with some of that mango pizza!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Sylvia. This would be perfect with a hot chocolate in your chilly place right now.
DeleteI'll like to join Sylvia! Plenty of mangos overhere as well! I am now with my daughter in Australia, where the heat is sometimes too much for me!
ReplyDeleteA doze of cool mango shake will take care of the heat Wil.
DeleteI honestly cannot imagine the taste; although here they do have pizza with pears, which i have not tasted yet.
ReplyDeleteHi Photo Cache, I have tasted Pakbet Pizza in Ilocos and Laing Pizza in Camsur so it I will have no problem trying this one. Plus, I love mangoes so...there :)
DeleteThis I'd love to try! I think I like it thin-crust though.
ReplyDeleteMe too. The thick crust felt that I was eating a sandwich :)
DeleteI absolutely love mangoes on anything! There is no reason to think I wouldn't enjoy it on pizza. While in Phuket, a few years ago, I tired pineapple and durian pizza, which was amazing!
ReplyDeleteNice. I have tried Pakbet Pizza and Laing Pizza too so this one is a mere sweet treat.
DeleteI would also try that. Looks delicious.
ReplyDeleteIt is. Try it Kiko :)
