D' Pondering Paula O |
There is something about ladies with mysterious initials. There's the sexy songstress Jessie J, the bold starlet Sabrina M, and the activist nun Sister Stella L. Add a travel blogger to that list and you have Paula O.
But while Jessie's "J" stands for describable traits such as "Jazzhands" or "Jetset", or Sabrina's "M" stands for something to arouse curiosity such as "Maalindog" or "Mapang-akit", or that of Sister Stella's "L" which actually is an initial of her real surname "Legaspi", Paula's "O" is simply just that... an O. It has no meaning and it stands for nothing for "O" is her real surname.
No kiddin'. Not many people are aware that Paula's last name consists of just a single letter. This ain't some pseudo name or abbreviation of a word that amply describes her such as Outstanding or Outdoorsy or Owsome. Thanks to her Chinese paternal grandfather for this unique legacy but she knows that this status won't last for long because Mr. Right would soon change everything. Let us just hope that he doesn't have "Koi" or "Od" or "Ten" or "Bari" for a surname.
Understandably, when asked why is this her favorite selfie pic, Paula O quipped "No need to explain! This is Taj Mahal!"
Short and sweet. Read more of Paula O's travel adventures at Pondering Paodaolei.

Ano ba apelyido ni Sabrina M? Bumalik yung alaala ni Sabrina because of the foreign traveler we met in Linden who have the same name haha.
DeleteWow, I was just intrigued by her "single letter" surname. I haven't encountered such until I read this. Quite strange but not that much hehe.
ReplyDeleteAnyhow, no matter how short a surname is if the person carries a sweet and like-able personality - that won't matter. :) :)
And Paula is like that, very likable. :)
