Billy Palatino aka "Galaero" is a licensed architect who considers mountains as his resting refuge. He grew up in rural setting mingling with nature in his home town in Marinduque where he climbed and played on mountains and hills together with his childhood friends. His innate passion for the mountains was instilled in him until today where he keep exploring and climbing mountains whenever his time permits.
And he chronicles his insatiable thirst for climbing mountains in his blog "Galaero Excape Travels" at www.galaero-escapetravels.blogspot.com. His blog was specially made to record all his travels and adventures that it may serve as a guide for those into traveling also. Galaero believes that all his travel was his escape from a tiring work and all pressures he is feeling. Going out of town is one of his outlet. It even includes all his thoughts to share to its readers.
When asked about the Selfie Photo above, Billy narrates "This was my first ever selfie on a mountain way-back year 2011. Pico de loro is indeed my favorite mountain where my wanderlust began."

ReplyDeleteHahaha! Sir, that was 2011 pa as in my first hike, so marami nang nagbago. =) I traveled almost every week so, ibang iba na po itsura ko jan. Sun-kissed-rough skin na po ako ngayon. But its ok, because what i get from my travels is more valuable than my outside looks -- life lessons that I can use in my life beyond and will forever be cherished. See you around sir! =)
