Classic. Nothing fancy, nothing great. Just the same old classic feel that has endured beach-goers for generations. Matabungkay of the 70s is still the same as Matabungkay of the 2010s.

PROS - Near Manila. Nice facilities for the family. Too commercial although not too pricey. There is a line of resorts to choose from. Good for company outing.
CONS - Can get too crowded. Quality of beach is so-so, 5 out of 10. No privacy. Not recommended if you seek solitude in the beach. (Although you can get that from staying in your room)
